In Cape Town, the amazing Liz Biden of the “Royal Portfolio” has regenerated the old harbour-side grain storage silos into one of the most enthralling properties in the world. The stunning hotel occupies the higher floors with view to Robben Island, whilst the lower floors will become the Zeitz Museum of Contemporary Art Africa (MOCAA), a contemporary art museum to rival the the Tate Modern in London, MoMA in New York and Del Prado in Madrid.
